Three Ginarita gin cocktails with lemon, lime, cucumber, mint and basil, showcasing the citrus-inspired Limoncello-meets-gin spirit from Conrad Distillery.

One gin. Three cocktails. No rules.

Ginarita was never created to be a gin you could only drink one way.

Inspired by the meeting of Italian limoncello and Australian gin, it brings together bright citrus with the botanical character of gin — made to be refreshing, versatile and, most importantly, fun to drink.

So we gave ourselves a challenge: one bottle, three completely different serves.

The result? Something simple, something from the garden and something with bubbles.

The Lemon Ritta

Sometimes simple really is better.

You’ll need:

60mL Ginarita
Chilled lemon squash
Fresh lemon zest
Salt
Ice

Salt the rim of a margarita glass and fill with ice. Add Ginarita, top with chilled lemon squash and finish with fresh lemon zest.

Bright, citrusy and ridiculously refreshing, with just enough salt to make the lemon sing.

The Lemon Ritta Ginarita cocktail served over ice in a salt-rimmed coupe, garnished with fresh lemon peel and surrounded by lemons.

The Garden Ginarita

This is what happens when Ginarita wanders into the garden.

You’ll need:

40mL Ginarita
60mL fresh cucumber, celery and basil juice
Soda water or lemon squash
Fresh lime
Chilli salt
Celery, cucumber ribbon and basil to garnish
Ice

Blend cucumber, celery and fresh basil to make the garden juice.

Add the juice and Ginarita to a tall glass filled with ice. Top with soda for a crisp, drier drink, or lemon squash if you prefer a little more sweetness.

Finish with a chilli-salt half rim and garnish generously with celery, cucumber ribbon and fresh basil.

Fresh. Herbaceous. Citrusy. And just a little bit spicy.

The Ginarita Spritz

And then, naturally, we added bubbles.

You’ll need:

60mL Ginarita
90mL Prosecco
30mL sparkling water
Ice
Fresh lemon to garnish

Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add Ginarita and Prosecco, top with sparkling water and give it a gentle stir.

Finish with fresh lemon.

Light, bright and made for long lunches and sunny afternoons.

Make Ginarita Your Own

Three cocktails. Three completely different personalities. One gin.

And that was really the point.

Ginarita was created to be played with.

Make it long. Make it short. Add bubbles. Raid the herb garden. Give it some heat. Or ignore our recipes entirely and create something of your own.

We won’t be offended.

Probably. 😉

Which one are you pouring first?
