Behind the Barrel Weekend – Held only once a month between March till November – Book Now to prevent disappointment. Shared fun-filled 2 Day/2 Night getaway  Over two fun-filled days of food, wine and spirits, you will learn the art of making Gin Vodka and the base for Whisky while staying on Conrad Distillery on site accommodation Rosetta Homestead.

Master Distilling Experience You will venture into the world of Distilling by becoming a Craft Distiller in this 2 Hour Hands-on Workshop and venture into the world of Distilling from Moonshine to Whiskey, from Bathtub Gin to flavoured vodkas and Liquors. Enjoy Cocktails and Nibbles while you create your unique one-of-a-kind bottle of gin or vodka. Held on Saturday Afternoon – except on Behind the Barrel Weekend.
 
Sip and Sniff. Perfect if you want to sample some of Conrad Distillery Products. Sip on a cocktail from Conrad Distillery and learn why triple distilling is the secret process of producing high-quality vodka, gin, brandy and whiskey, plus the perfect base for perfumes.
